About Anne

I believe a lot of our work in this life is about alignment.

About learning to listen for what is true within us, and then finding the courage and support to live a little closer to that truth.

My own path has not been linear.

I spent twenty years in public education as a teacher and educational leader. Over time, my work began to shift toward mindfulness, meditation, coaching, and contemplative practice. Life was shifting too.

Change, loss, grief, fear, uncertainty, love, leadership, and having to find my footing again when life did not look the way I thought it would have all shaped the way I understand this work.

They also changed the questions I was asking.

Less What should I do?

More What is asking for my attention? What am I ready to let go of? What feels true now? How do I want to live from here?

My path has been shaped by many years of study and practice across different traditions and modalities. Mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative inquiry have been central to my work for the past 15 years, while my relationship with astrology, breath, and body-based practices reaches back much further. In more recent years, subtle-energy work and ritual have become deeper parts of that exploration as well.

I continue to be a student. I practice, retreat, learn from teachers, and stay curious about the many ways we come to know ourselves.

I do not believe there is one practice or path that works for everyone.

Sometimes we need stillness & silence.

Sometimes we need to pay attention to the body.

Sometimes we need to make room for grief or fear instead of trying to get rid of it.

Sometimes we need to question an old story, mark a transition, or simply admit that something in our life no longer feels aligned.

My role is not to tell you what your answer is.

It is to create a grounded, thoughtful space where we can slow things down, listen together, and become curious about what is asking for your attention.

I bring training and experience to this work, but I also bring my own lived experience, curiosity, compassion, humor, and a lot of respect for how complicated and beautiful it can be to be human.

I am still doing this work, too.

I think that matters.

A Little More About Me

I am restored by: nature, solitude, music, & movement
My morning rhythm: tea, movement, meditation, and usually more tea
