Movement & Meditation
Come experience the benefits of moving the body before sitting in meditation. We will do about 20-30 minutes of Qi Gong movement followed by a 20-30 silent meditation.
Movement will be accessible to all body types and abilities. If you have difficulty sitting for longer than 10 minutes, this maybe the recipe for extending your meditation time. Come see!

Intro to Meditation Course UPDATED LOCATION & TIME
Join me for four sessions covering the foundational components of meditation. Each class will focus on practicing how to slow down, ground, soften, open and nurture our whole self.
Each week there will be a guided meditation, instruction on the five postures and time for questions and conversation. A variety of seating options will be available or bring your favorite cushion.
This is perfect for beginners, non-beginners, and those who enjoy meditating in community. All are welcome. Come as you are!

We may make changes based on the audience. After meditation, everyone is invited to stay on and share how their practice is going, ask questions and listen to others and share any insights or challenges about your practice..
The in-person discussions led by Anne and guest speakers will help fan out the monthly topics.
