The focus of the retreat will be on slowing down, pausing and connecting with the present moment. We will do this by using the body, breath and mind to focus our attention and create a space for rest and rejuvenation. The day has been designed to provide support and inspiration by blending silence, instruction, movement, nature and community throughout the day. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided.
