Join me for four sessions covering the foundational components of meditation. Each class will focus on practicing how to slow down, ground, soften, open and nurture our whole self.
Each week there will be a guided meditation, instruction on the five postures and time for questions and conversation. A variety of seating options will be available or bring your favorite cushion.
This is perfect for beginners, non-beginners, and those who enjoy meditating in community. All are welcome. Come as you are!
