Online Meditation & Optional Practice Share and Q & A

Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, we will come together online via Zoom to practice together. The plan will be for meditation will begin at 7PM and end at 7:20. We may make changes based on the audience. After meditation, everyone is invited to stay on and share how their practice is going, ask questions and listen to others and share any insights or challenges about your practice..

The in-person discussions led by Anne and guest speakers will help fan out the monthly topics.
