Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday routines and give yourself the gift of self-care in a nurturing environment. This retreat is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, embrace stillness, care for yourself and connect with your heart.
Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to engage in guided meditation, gentle movement, walking, sitting meditation, and mindful eating all focused at a pace that is supportive and relaxing. A vegetarian lunch will be provided as well as water and tea and snacks.
