Commit to Sit (with me!)


By committing to sit, you will take a pledge to slow down, end your day with gratitude and reflection and let go of any unpleasantness that may have occurred.

Each sit will begin with a short anchoring reading or quote followed by a lightly guided mediation. In a supported and gradual building of our practice, we will ease into the habit of slowing down and connecting with ourselves. It is okay if you can’t make it every night.

When:  

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evening at 9PM CT

Week 1:  9:00-9:15  (Oct 3-6)

Week 2:  9:00-9:22  (Oct 10-13)

Week 3:  9:00-9:30  (Oct 17-20)

This opportunity is offered freely with the intention of supporting one another in the process of being human and getting to know ourselves better.
