Commit to Sit! (5 day refresh)


By committing to sit, you will take a pledge to slow down, end your day with gratitude and reflection and let go of any unpleasantness that may have occurred.

Each sit will begin with a short anchoring reading or quote followed or by a lightly guided mediation. It is okay if you can’t make it every night.

When: Sunday thru Thursday, April 30-May 4

Time: 9:00-9:20 PM CT same time and schedule each evening

This opportunity is offered freely with the intention of supporting one another in silence practice and getting to know ourselves better. All are welcome!
